Perseroan memiliki kepemilikan saham sebanyak 2.700 (Dua
ribu tujuh ratus) lembar saham atau sebesar 90% (Sembilan
puluh persen) pada PT Mentari Biru Biomassa senilai Rp.
2.700.000.000,- (Dua miliar tujuh ratus Rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan saat ini, belum ada dampak kejadian,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
