Dalam acara ini, presentasi disampaikan oleh Djap Tet Fa (Presiden Direktur Perseroan) dan Tingning Sukowignjo (Direktur Perseroan). Materi yang disampaikan dalam Public Expose ini merupakan materi yang telah dikirimkan sebelumnya pada 10 April 2026 melalui surat nomor FIN- IR/AAL/EXT/008/IV/2026. Setelah seluruh materi dipresentasikan, acara dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab. Berikut ini merupakan intisari pertanyaan- pertanyaan yang ditujukan kepada manajemen Perseroan setelah sesi presentasi. 1. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 5-6, Central Jakarta 10220 The Company's Public Expose was attended by: 1. The Company's management: President Director : Djap Tet Fa Director : Tingning Sukowignjo Moderator : Mochamad Husni 2. Analysts from securities firms, journalists, and shareholders, totaling 34 participants. During the event, the presentation was delivered by Djap Tet Fa (President Director of the Company) and Tingning Sukowignjo (Director of the Company). The materials presented in this Public Expose were the same as those previously distributed on 10 April 2026 through letter number FIN-IR/AAL/EXT/008/IV/2026. Following the presentation of all materials, the event continued with a guestion-and-answer session. The following is a summary of the guestions addressed to the Company's management after the presentation session. 1. Rp PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk Djap Tet Fa - Presiden Direktur Saat ini, rata-rata usia tanaman Perseroan telah memasuki fase menua, sehingga berdampak pada produktivitas. Oleh karena itu, replanting menjadi langkah penting untuk menjaga kinerja jangka panjang. Pada tahun ini, Perseroan berencana untuk melakukan replanting sekitar 6.000 ha, dengan target sampai 8.000 ha, atau sekitar 496 dari total kebun inti, yang tersebar di Sumatera, Kalimantan, dan Sulawesi. Meskipun harga CPO saat ini relatif tinggi, Perseroan tetap menjalankan program replanting sebagai bentuk komitmen untuk menjaga produktivitas di masa depan. Program ini telah dimulai sejak 2015, dengan progres sekitar 4096 hingga saat ini, dan mulai menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Dari sisi pengembangan, Perseroan terus memperkuat riset untuk menghasilkan bibit unggul, termasuk yang lebih tahan terhadap penyakit, guna mendukung peningkatan produktivitas ke depan. Perseroan juga menjalankan operational excellence serta memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja produksi. Secara keseluruhan, Perseroan menerapkan strategi “241”, yaitu Plant dan People sebagai fokus utama, ditambah Planet (sustainability). Dari sisi Plant, fokus pada replanting dan peningkatan kualitas tanaman dan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk inovasi Perseroan seperti mill grader berbasis Al. Selain itu, penggunaan pupuk hayati ASTEMIC juga membantu mengurangi pupuk kimia hingga 2556. Dari sisi People, Perseroan terus mengembangkan SDM melalui budaya kerja yang kuat dan program inovasi seperti INNOVAGRO. Saat ini, sekitar 3296 karyawan merupakan perempuan, sebagai bentuk komitmen terhadap kesetaraan gender. Therefore, replanting has become a crucial step to sustain long-term performance. This year, the Company plans to carry out replanting of approximately 6,000 hectares, with a target of up to 8,000 hectares, Or around 444 of the total nucleus estate area, spread across Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi. Despite relatively high CPO prices at present, the Company continues to implement its replanting program as a commitment to maintaining future productivity. This program has been ongoing since 2015, with progress reaching approximately 40X to date, and it has begun to show positive results. From ,a development perspective, the Company continues to strengthen its research efforts to produce superior seedlings, including those with greater resistance to diseases, to support future productivity improvements. The Company also implements operational excellence and — leverages technology to enhance efficiency and production performance. Overall, the Company adopts a “241” strategy, namely Plant and People as the main focus, complemented by Planet (sustainability). From the Plant perspective, the focus is on replanting, improving guality, and utilizing technology for innovation, such as Al-based mill graders. In addition, the use of biofertilizers ASTEMIC has helped reduce chemical fertilizer usage by up to 2596. From the People perspective, the Company continues to develop its human capital through a strong work culture and innovation programs such as INNOVAGRO. Untuk pengembangan kapasitas, Perseroan akan menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan operasional dan kondisi pasar. Dari sisi Planet atau Sustainability, Perseroan telah mengoperasikan tiga fasilitas methane capture dengan target penurunan emisi sebesar 30X, serta telah menyelesaikan 100 HCV assessment untuk sertifikasi RSPO yang saat ini dalam proses review. Secara keseluruhan, industri sawit membutuhkan komitmen jangka panjang melalui peningkatan produktivitas, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan pengembangan SDM. Tingning Sukowignjo - Direktur Perseroan menetapkan total dividen sebesar Rp458 per saham, yang terdiri dari dividen interim sebesar Rp123 per saham dan dividen final sebesar Rp335 per saham. Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) untuk tahun buku 2025 tercatat sebesar 609. Peningkatan ini didukung oleh kinerja Perseroan yang solid, posisi kas yang kuat, serta dengan tetap mempertimbangkan kebutuhan pembayaran kewajiban dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Terkait proyeksi harga CPO, Perseroan memandang bahwa harga dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor eksternal, mengingat CPO merupakan komoditas global. Tingning Sukowignjo - Director The Company has set a total dividend of IDR 458 per share, consisting of an interim dividend of IDR 123 per share and a final dividend of IDR 335 per share. The Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) for FY2025 is recorded at 60X. This increase is supported by the Company's solid performance, strong cash position, while still taking into account debt obligations and business sustainability. Regarding the CPO price outlook, the Company views that prices are influenced by various external factors, as CPO is a global commodity. Djap Tet Fa- Presiden Direktur Konflik di Selat Hormuz berdampak luas, terutama terhadap kenaikan harga energi, seperti bahan bakar dan pupuk. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut, Perseroan menjalankan strategi efisiensi biaya, termasuk optimalisasi proses panen dan pengangkutan, sehingga dampaknya terhadap kinerja keuangan dapat diminimalkan. Di sisi lain, kenaikan harga energi juga turut mendorong harga CPO. Perseroan tetap berhati-hati dan siap mengantisipasi potensi penurunan harga ke depan. Selain itu, kinerja tanaman muda yang baik menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung prospek positif Perseroan. Dalam aspek keberlanjutan, Perseroan telah lama menerapkan komitmen No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation (NDPE) untuk mendorong praktik yang berkelanjutan. Salah satu inisiatif utama adalah pembangunan fasilitas methane capture untuk mengelola emisi gas metana, yang kemudian dimanfaatkan menjadi biogas sebagai bahan bakar boiler. Perseroan juga memanfaatkan biomassa, seperti cangkang, fiber, dan tandan kosong (tangkos), untuk mengurangi penggunaan bahan bakar fosil. Selain itu, penggunaan pupuk hayati ASTEMIC terus dikembangkan sebagai bagian dari upaya pengurangan emisi dan peningkatan efisiensi. Djap Tet Fa — President Director The conflict in the Strait of Hormuz has had a broad impact, particularly on rising energy prices, such as fuel and fertilizers. To anticipate this, the Company has implemented cost efficiency strategies, including optimizing harvesting and transportation processes, so that the impact on financial performance can be minimized. On the other hand, higher energy prices have also contributed to supporting CPO prices. The Company remains prudent and prepared to anticipate potential price corrections going forward. In addition, the strong performance of young plantations is one of the supporting factors for the Company's positive outlook. In terms of sustainability, the Company has long implemented its No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation (NDPE) commitment to promote sustainable practices. One of the key initiatives is the development of methane capture facilities to manage methane emissions, which are then utilized as biogas for boiler fuel. The Company also utilizes biomass, such as shelis, fiber, and empty fruit bunches (EFB), to reduce the use of fossil fuels. In addition, the use of biofertilizers (ASTEMIC) continues to be developed as part of efforts to reduce emissions and improve efficiency.
