    RAAM Releases New Film 'Kereta Berdarah' and Expands Platinum Cineplex Network


Jakarta, January 30, 2024 - Welcoming 2024, PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk or MVP (RAAM) is
further solidifying its position as a leading company in bringing integrated full-spectrum
entertainment, producing films close to the hearts of Indonesian society, expanding the
distribution of films internationally, and distributing cinematographic works from the MVP library
through over-the-top (OTT) platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Vidio, Viu, and DMS+.


'Kereta Berdarah' Film Premieres on February 1, 2024
After garnering 3.3 million viewers with "Di Ambang Kematian" as the second best-selling film
last year, MVP Pictures kicks off 2024 with its latest film "Kereta Berdarah" directed by Rizal
Mantovani. To bring a truly vivid atmosphere, MVP built its own special train car for the film
production's needs. MVP spent about a year on the CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) process
to create a high-quality film. The 'Kereta Berdarah' trailer has already been viewed more than
700 thousand times to date, surpassing the number of viewers for the "Di Ambang Kematian"
trailer before its release. This indicates that RAAM's films are increasingly popular among the
public, and the hype from the "Di Ambang Kematian" film still lingers, leading MVP Pictures' latest
horror film to success. MVP Pictures, as the production house, once again appointed Rizal
Mantovani as the Director. After the success of the Kuntilanak Universe, Rizal was entrusted to
work on the 'Kereta Berdarah' film. The story writing was assisted by Erwanto Alphadullah, a
talented young writer who won the Best Screenplay award in the Horror genre at the 2023
Indonesian Film Journalist Festival. 'Kereta Berdarah' tells the heart-wrenching story of Purnama,
played by Hana Malasan, who celebrates her recovery from cancer that almost took her life, while
taking her sister, Kembang, played by Zara Leola, on vacation to a remote nature resort by
boarding a tourist train. However, as they pass through tunnels, each car mysteriously
disappears, putting Purnama, Kembang, and other passengers on a journey of life and death. The
film also stars Kiki Narendra, Fadly Faisal, Putri Ayudya, Totos Rasiti, Sahira Anjani, Agnes Naomi,
Ruth Marini & Ilyas Bachtiar. The 'Kereta Berdarah' film is scheduled to premiere in theaters
starting February 1, 2024, across the country.


Platinum Cineplex Expands to 12 Cities
RAAM continues to expand its Platinum Cineplex cinema network through its subsidiary, PT
Platinum Sinema. At the end of 2023, PT Platinum Sinema added 1 new Platinum Cineplex cinema
in Cimanggis city, and in January 2024, it added 1 new cinema in Batang city. Thus, RAAM
currently has 12 cinemas spread across Solo, Magelang, Sidoarjo, Bitung, Baturaja, Palopo, Lahat,
