In connection with the monitoring of the Indonesia Stock Exchange on the activities of PT. Bintang
Samudera Mandiri Lines, Tbk, we hereby provide an explanation of your questions as follows:
1. Whether the Company is aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of the
company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in Regulation of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Regarding disclosure of information or material facts by issuers or public companies?
Answer
The Company does not know any material information or facts that can affect the value of the Company'ssecurities or
investor investment decisions, other than the Information that has been publicly disclosed.
2. Whether the Company is aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of the
company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in Regulation Number I-E: Obligation to
Submit Information refferring to point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Attachment of Indonesia Stock Exchange Director’s
Decision Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.
Answer
To date, the Company does not know any material information or facts that can affect the value of theCompany's
securities other than the Information that has been publicly disclosed.
3. Information/facts/other important events that are material and may affect the price of theCompany's
securities and the survival of the Company that have not been disclosed to the public.
Answer
There is no material information/fact/other important event that can affect the price of the Company'ssecurities and
the Company's activities regarding business continuity that have not been disclosed to the public. As for
changes/movements in stock transactions that occur in the market, it is purely a market mechanism.
4. Whether the Company is aware of the activities of certain shareholders as stipulated Regulation of
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Number 11/POJK.04/2017 Regarding Ownership Report or Any Changes in Shares
Ownership of a Public Company.
Answer
The Company is not aware of other activities of certain shareholders, other than from the information that has been
submitted by the Company to the Public.

5. Whether the Company has plans to carry out corporate actions in the near future, including corporate
plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next3 months)?
Answer
Until now, the Company does not have a definite plan regarding the corporate action to be carried out butis still
considering several options to carry out corporate actions in order to support the Company's growth strategy. All
decisions regarding the corporate action plan to be carried out by the Company and other information related to
this matter will be submitted by the Company to the public through information disclosure in accordance with
applicable regulations.
6. The plan of the major shareholder is related to his share ownership in the Company. In this case, the
Corporate Secretary should first ask the major shareholders in answering the confirmation

Until now, there has been no plan from the major shareholders regarding their shares ownership in the Company as
conveyed by the major shareholders to the Company.
