Dalam transaksi ini, Para Penjual dan Pembeli tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi satu sama lain. 4. | Dampak kejadian, informasi atau Dampak dari dilaksanakannya transaksi tersebut adalah fakta material tersebut terhadap pengendali langsung Perseroan yang sebelumnya kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi | merupakan Bapak Andrew Mulyadi dan Bapak Henry keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha | Mulyadi berubah menjadi Pembeli.
