Dalam rangka memenuhi Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan
Kepemilikan atau setiap perubahan kepemilikan
saham Perusahaan Terbuka, bersama surat ini kami
sampaikan Laporan Kepemilikan Saham atau
Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham PT Bank BTPN
Syariah Tbk (“Perseroan”) sehubungan dengan telah
diterimanya alokasi dan pendistribusian sebagian
Saham Treasuri yang merupakan komponen
remunerasi yang bersifat variable yang
ditangguhkan (deferred bonus) oleh anggota Direksi
Perseroan atas kinerja Perseroan untuk tahun buku
2020, 2021 dan 2022, dengan periode masa jabatan
Direksi tanggal 16 April 2020 sampai dengan
tanggal 12 April 2023 (baik yang saat ini masih
menjabat maupun yang sudah tidak menjabat)
sebagai pemenuhan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan Nomor 59/POJK.03/2017 tentang
Penerapan Tata Kelola dalam Pemberian
Remunerasi bagi Bank Umum Syariah dan Unit
Usaha Syariah.

In accordance to comply with The Financial Services
Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017
regarding Report of the Share Ownership or any
Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies,
we hereby submit the Report of the Share
Ownership or the Changes in Share Ownership of
PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk ("the Company”) with
regard to the allocation and distribution of a portion
Of the Treasury Shares which constitutes the
component of deferred variable remuneration
(deferred bonus) over the performance of the
Company for the financial year of 2020, 2021 and
2020, that have been received by Members of the
Board of Directors of the Company with the period
Of term of office from April 16, 2020 up to April 12,
2023 (both those who are incumbent and those who
have no longer occupied the office) as compliance
with the Financial Services Authority Regulation
Number 59/POJK.03/2017 regarding the Application
Of Governance in the Providing of Remuneration for
Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units.

Bahwa penerimaan remunerasi yang bersifat variable dimaksud diatas telah dilakukan melalui pengalihan sebagian saham Treasuri Perseroan dengan tanggal transaksi 25 Januari 2024. Bersama ini kami sampaikan Laporan Kepemilikan Saham Perseroan Anggota Direksi yang masih btpri Whereas the receipt of the variable remuneration aforesaid has been conducted through the transfer Of a portion of Company's Treasury Shares with a transaction date of January 25, 2024.
