Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Penjualan Kapal milik entitas anak usaha Perseroan, yaitu PT
Humpuss Transportasi Kimia (HTK), berupa 1 (satu) unit kapal
tambat yang bernama KM Raja Pandita (Kapal).
Nilai penjualan atas 1 (satu) unit Kapal adalah sebesar
Rp160.000.000,00 (seratus enam puluh juta rupiah) termasuk
PPN sebesar 11% (sebelas persen)
Pembeli dari Kapal tersebut adalah Rakhmat Mulyana, Warga
Negara Indonesia, bukan merupakan afiliasi dari Perseroan.
Penjual atas Kapal yaitu HTK merupakan entitas anak dan
perusahaan terkendali Perseroan dengan kepemilikan
langsung sebanyak 99,9% (sembilan puluh sembilan koma
sembilan persen) saham
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak langsung terhadap kegiatan operasional,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan hukum, kondisi keuangan, ataupun kelangsungan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan. Penjualan Kapal dikarenakan tidak tersedianya
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pasar untuk jenis Kapal tersebut dan sebagai upaya
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.

Description of Material Information or The sale of vessel owned by the subsidiary of Company, which
Facts is PT Humpuss Transportasi Kimia (HTK), in the form of 1
(one) mooring boat named KM Raja Pandita (Vessel).
The sales value of 1 (one) unit of the Vessel is
Rp160,000,000.00 (one hundred sixty million rupiah) including
VAT at 11% (eleven percent);
The buyer of the Vessel is Rakhmat Mulyana, an Indonesian
citizen, which is not affiliated of the Company
The buyer of the Vessel is HTK, is a subsidiary of the
Company and a controlled company of the Company with an
indirect ownership of 99.9% (ninety nine point nine percent) of
shares
Impact of event, material information or There is no direct impact on the Company's operational
facts towards Issuers or Public activities, legal, financial condition or business continuity. The
Company’s operational activities, legal, sale of the Vessel was due to the unavailability of market for
financial condition, or going concern that type of Vessel and as part of the Company's efforts to
improve operational efficiency.
