                     CONSENT SOLICITATION FOR A WRITTEN RESOLUTION

          US$100 million 8.0% Secured Equity Linked Redeemable Notes due 2017 (the "Notes")
                                        (ISIN: XS0474326260)

            NOTICE OF RESULTS AND EXECUTION OF THE WRITTEN RESOLUTION



Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in
the Consent Solicitation Memorandum dated 23 January 2026.


The Issuer commenced a Consent Solicitation to seek consent from Noteholders for a Written Resolution (as
set out in the Consent Solicitation Memorandum) to approve a debt-to-equity exchange of the Notes for
Shares. Pursuant to the Trust Deed and the terms of the Consent Solicitation, if at least seventy-five per
cent. (75%) of Noteholders in principal amount outstanding approve the Written Resolution by Electronic
Instruction, then the Tabulation Agent will, as proxy for such instructing Noteholders, execute the Written
Resolution. The Consent Deadline was 24 February 2026. The principal outstanding amount of the Notes is
US$79,959,000.


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Noteholders holding US$75,999,000 in principal amount (representing
over ninety-five per cent. (95%) of the principal amount outstanding of the Notes) submitted Electronic
Instructions voting in favor of the Written Resolution. No Electronic Instructions were submitted against the
Written Resolution and none to abstain.


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Tabulation Agent on 26 February 2026 executed the Written
Resolution as proxy for Noteholders who voted in favor of the Written Resolution. A copy of the executed
Written Resolution is attached to this Notice.


For Noteholders that submitted Electronic Instructions, their Notes will remain blocked. If such Noteholders
are electing to receive the Share Settlement they must provide within 30 calendar days from the date of this
notice (if they have not already done so), the details of their securities account in Indonesia (a C-BEST
account) for receipt of their Shares, by submitting the completed paper form of the Notice of Noteholder
Information set out in Annexure II to the Consent Solicitation Memorandum (Form of Notice of Noteholder
Information), by email to each of the Tabulation Agent and the Issuer at their respective email addresses:
debtrestructuring@bny.com and debt.restructuring@bakriesumatera.com.
