Submission of Annual Financial Statements
The Company hereby informs that the preparation and finalization process of the Company’s
Annual Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 is currently still
ongoing.
The delay in the completion of such financial statements is attributable, among others, to the
ongoing finalization process of the financial statements of one of the Company’s subsidiaries,
which forms part of the Company’s consolidated financial statements, as well as the ongoing
audit process conducted by the independent auditor.
The Company, together with the relevant subsidiary and the independent auditor, continues
to undertake the necessary coordination and processes in accordance with applicable
standards and regulations.
The Company will submit the audited Annual Financial Statements upon completion of the
preparation and audit process, in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
The Company remains committed to fulfilling its reporting obligations in accordance with
prevailing laws and regulations, and to upholding the principles of transparency and good
corporate governance.
This disclosure is made to ensure that shareholders and the public are duly informed.
