Peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor tersebut telah dimuat dalam Akta Pernyataan Keputusan Rapat Perubahan Anggaran Dasar PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk Nomor 59 tanggal 28 Juli 2026. On 18 August 2026, the Company received the Acknowledgement of Notification of Amendment to the Article of Association of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk, issued by the Directorate General of General Legal Administration of the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia under No. AHU- AH.01.03-0234152 dated 18 August 2026, in connection with the increased of the Company's issued and paid-up capital in connection with the implementation of the Management and Employee Stock Option Program (MESOP) conducted on 21 May 2026.
