Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pembelian Kapal Oil/Chemical Tanker milik New Glory
Shipping S.A., berupa 1 unit kapal Oil/Chemical Tanker yang
bernama MT Oralia (Kapal), oleh PT Hutama Trans Kencana
(MATRANS), unit usaha Perseroan;
Nilai perolehan atas 1 (satu) unit Kapal adalah sebesar
USD7,550,000 (tujuh juta lima ratus lima puluh ribu Dolar
Amerika Serikat);
Sumber pendanaan untuk pembelian Kapal yaitu sebesar 80%
(delapan puluh persen) berasal dari Bank dan sisanya berasal
dari keuangan internal;
Penjual dari Kapal tersebut adalah New Glory Shipping S.A.,
sebuah perusahaan yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum negara
Republik Panama dan berdomisili di Panama, bukan
merupakan afiliasi dari Perseroan;
Pembeli atas Kapal yaitu MATRANS merupakan entitas anak
Perseroan dan perusahaan terkendali Perseroan dengan
kepemilikan tidak langsung sebanyak 99,9% (sembilan puluh
sembilan koma sembilan persen) saham melalui anak
perusahaan Perseroan, yaitu PT PCS Internasional (PCSI),
dimana sebanyak 99,9% (sembilan puluh sembilan koma
sembilan persen) saham PCSI dimiliki oleh Perseroan
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembelian Kapal dilakukan untuk pengembangan usaha anak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan perusahaan Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Purchase of Oil/Chemical Tanker owned by New Glory
Facts Shipping S.A., in the form of 1 unit of Oil/Chemical Tanker
named MT Oralia, by PT Hutama Trans Kencana, a business
unit of the Company.
The acquisition value of 1 (one) unit of the Vessel is
USD7,550,000 (seven million five hundred and fifty thousand
US Dollars)
The source of funding for the purchase of the Vessel is 80%
(eighty percent) from the Bank and the rest comes internal
financing.
The seller of the Vessel is New Glory Shipping S.A., a
company incorporated under the laws of Republic of Panama
and domiciled in Panama, which is not affiliated of the
Company
The buyer of the Vessel is PT Hutama Trans Kencana, is a
subsidiary of the Company and a controlled company of the
Company with an indirect ownership of 99,9% (ninety nine
point nine percent) of shares through the subsidiary of the
Company, namely PT PCS Internasional, where as many as
99,9% (ninety nine point nine percent) in PT PCS Internasional
is owned by Company
Impact of event, material information or Purchase of Vessel is carried out for the development of the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's subsidiaries.
