Elnusa RUPSLB 2024, Approves Changes in Company
Management
Jakarta – 17 January 2024, PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders (EGMS) in the Graha Elnusa Udaya Room with the agenda of changing the composition of the
Company's management. At the EGMS, it was decided to change the composition of the Board of
Commissioners and Directors, namely changes to the main commissioner and one Independent
Commissioner of the Company as well as four Director positions.
The President Commissioner of the Company, previously held by Agus Prabowo, is now held by Nur Endro
Buwono; The Company's Independent Commissioner Hernawan Bekti Sasongko was replaced by Denie S.
Tampubolon. For the composition of the Board of Directors, the Company's President Director John Hisar
Simamora was replaced by Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja who previously served as the Company's Finance
Director. Company Operations Director Charles Harianto Lumbantobing was replaced by Endro Hartanto.
Meanwhile, the position of Director of Business Development for the Company is now filled by Arief
Prasetyo Handoyo. Meanwhile, the position of Company Finance Director previously held by Bachtiar Soeria
Atmadja was replaced by Stanley Iriawan.
Elnusa Corporate Secretary Asmal Salam said, "Elnusa would like to thank the members of the Board of
Commissioners & Directors for their dedication and contribution while carrying out their mandate in the
Company. "So that effective after the closing of the EGMS, the composition of the Company's Management
is as follows."
