penandatanganan kontrak Perjanjian Jual Beli Semen Curah
dengan PT SCG Ready Mix Indonesia (SRMI), pada tanggal
16 Januari 2024. Kontrak kerjasama ini akan berlaku untuk
tiga tahun kedepan, dengan total volume senilai Rp
47,152,800,000.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak kepada Perseroan atas penanda tanganan kontrak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kerjasama ini adalah:
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Meningkatkan revenue atau pendapatan Perseroan sehingga

Perusahaan Publik Kejadian, informasi dan fakta material tersebut di atas tidak
berdampak secara negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional,
hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau keberlangsungan usaha
Perseroan.
