pengangkatan Sdr. Faaris Pranawa sebagai Direktur PT SMI.
Pengangkatan Sdr. Faaris Pranawa sebagai Direktur PT SMI telah
dilakukan oleh Menteri Keuangan melalui Keputusan Menteri
Keuangan selaku Pemegang Saham PT SMI Nomor:
310/KMK/2023 tanggal 28 Agustus 2023 sebagaimana
disampaikan pada Surat S-1056/SMI/DU/0823.
Referring to the Decree of Commissioners Board of OJK
Number: KEP-1/D.06/2024 dated January 11th, 2024 on Fit and
Proper Test Result of Mr. Faaris Pranawa as Candidate Director
of PT SMI, which the document has been received on January
17th, 2024, hereby we inform that OJK has approved the
appointment of Mr. Faaris Pranawa as Director of PT SMI.
The appointmen of Mr. Faaris Pranawa as Director of PT SMI
has been conducted by the Minister of Finance through Decree
of Minister of Finance as the Shareholder of PT SMI Number:
310/KMK/202 dated August 28th, 2023 as submitted through
