                                                Berdasarkan Keputusan Para Pemegang Saham PT
                                                Fotomatic Jaya Industries yang ditegaskan dalam Akta No.07
                                                tanggal 15 Januari 2024 yang dibuat dan dihadapan Notaris
                                                Reza Maulana Setiadi, SH,M.Kn., Notaris yang berkedudukan
                                                di Kota Tangerang, memutuskan untuk membubarkan PT
                                                Fotomatic Jaya Industries dan menunjuk Tuan Hasan Efendi
                                                Liem sebagai likuidator untuk menyelesaikan hal-hal yang
                                                berkaitan dengan pembubaran sesuai dengan ketentuan
                                                perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
                                                Likuidator telah mengumumkan pembubaran PT Fotomatic
                                                Jaya Industries pada tanggal 18 Januari 2024 di koran
                                                nasional, Harian Neraca.
                                                PT Fotomatic Jaya Industries adalah entitas anak usaha
                                                Perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 99,98%.

                                               Dissolution of PT Fotomatic Jaya Industries which is a
 Type of Material Information or Facts         subsidiary of PT Inter Delta Tbk.

 Description of Material Information or        eferring to the provisions of the Financial Services Authority
 Facts                                         Regulation (POJK) No.31 / POJK.04 / 2015 concerning
                                               information disclosure or Material Facts by Issuers or Public
                                               Companies. Based on the Resolution of the Shareholders of
                                               PT Fotomatic Jaya Industries confirmed in Deed No.07 dated
                                               January 15, 2024 made and before Notary Reza Maulana
                                               Setiadi, SH, M.Kn., Notary domiciled in Tangerang City,
                                               decided to dissolve PT Fotomatic Jaya Industries and
                                               appointed Mr. Hasan Efendi Liem as liquidator to complete
                                               matters relating to the dissolution in accordance with
                                               applicable laws and regulations.
                                               The liquidator has announced the dissolution of PT Fotomatic
                                               Jaya Industries on January 18, 2024 in the national
                                               newspaper, Harian Neraca.
                                               PT Fotomatic Jaya Industries is a subsidiary of the Company
                                               with 99.98% share ownership.
