Facts which was received by the Company on January 15th, 2024,
PT Bank DKI, through attorney Ismak Advocaten has filed a
lawsuit for unlawful acts through the East Jakarta District Court
on January 3rd, 2024 with case number
05/Pdt.G./2024/PNJkt.Tim. The lawsuit was filed against:
1. Company (Defendant);
2. Notary Ashoya Ratam S.H., M.Kn (Co-Defendant I); and
3. Indonesia Stock Exchange (Co-Defendant II).
The first hearing on the lawsuit will be held on January 17th,
2024. The Company is always committed to respecting and
