penyetoran Modal Dasar yang ditempatkan pada PT Mandiri
Data Investama (MDI) sebagai bentuk pengembangan usaha
baru dan investasi strategis untuk mendukung pengembangan
usaha dan memperluas sinergi bisnis antara Perseroan dan
MDI.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan adanya transaksi ini, Perseroan memiliki 75% (tujuh
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan puluh lima persen) saham MDI dan MDI merupakan anak

investment aimed at supporting the Company business
development and enhancing business synergies between the
