PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. No. S-10616/BEI.PP1/12-2023 tanggal 5 Desember 2023 dengan perihal
Persetujuan Pencatatan Efek Program Management and Employee Stock Option Plan (MESOP) I Tahap
II dan MESOP II Tahap I, dengan ini, kami, PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk (BELI atau “Perseroan”),
menyampaikan laporan hasil pelaksanaan Program MESOP II Tahap I dengan rincian sebagai berikut:

regarding Procedures on the Implementation of the Share Ownership Program dated 2 March 2020
and (ii) Indonesia Stock Exchange Directors’ Approval Letter No. No. S-10616/BEI.PP1/12-2023 dated
5 December 2023 regarding the Approval on the Shares Registration of the Management and
Employee Stock Option Plan (MESOP) Program I Phase II and MESOP II Phase I, hereby, we, PT Global
Digital Niaga Tbk (BELI or the “Company”), submit the report on the exercise of the MESOP Program II
Phase I with details as follows:
