1. Revolving Loan: Rp60 miliar untuk modal kerja
2. Term Financing 1: Rp54,4 miliar untuk pembelian aset
berupa tanah
3. Term Financing 2: Rp64,4 miliar untuk pembangunan
c. Transaksi Fasilitas Kredit antara Debitur dengan
Kreditur merupakan transaksi material yang dikecualikan
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK No. 17/POJK.04/2020
tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha
tanggal 21 April 2020.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - Perseroan akan memperoleh fasilitas kredit dari PT Bank
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Permata Tbk dengan nilai total Rp178,8 miliar.
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, - Penandatanganan Perjanjian Kredit dan pemberian jaminan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan dan peraturan
Perusahaan Publik perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
- Pembayaran biaya administrasi, fee, biaya bunga dan
angsuran terkait dengan fasilitas kredit yang diterima oleh
Perseroan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku pada Perjanjian
Kredit.

1. Revolving Loan: IDR 60 billion for working capital
2. Term Financing 1: IDR 54.4 billion for the purchase of land
assets
3. Term Financing 2: IDR 64.4 billion for construction
c. The Credit Facility Transaction between the Debtor and the
Creditor is a material transaction exempted as referred to in
POJK No. 17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material Transactions
and Changes in Business Activities dated April 21, 2020.
Impact of event, material information or - The Company will obtain a credit facility from PT Bank
facts towards Issuers or Public Permata Tbk with a total value of IDR 178.8 billion.
Company’s operational activities, legal, - The signing of the Credit Agreement and the provision of
financial condition, or going concern collateral have been carried out in accordance with applicable
laws and regulations.
- Payment of administrative fees, fees, interest, and
installments related to the credit facility received by the
Company is in accordance with the provisions of the Credit
Agreement.
