Sebelumnya, Perseroan hanya mencatatkan 85% sahamnya di Bursa sesuai dengan POJK 28/2014 yang
mensyaratkan Perusahaan Pembiayaan untuk mencatatkan sahamnya paling banyak 85% di Bursa. Namun
peraturan tersebut telah dicabut dan diganti dengan POJK 47/2020 sehingga Perseroan dapat mencatatkan
100% sahamnya di Bursa agar dapat memenuhi Peraturan Bursa Nomor I-A yang mewajibkan Perusahaan
Tercatat untuk mencatatkan seluruh sahamnya. Dengan demikian, seluruh saham Perseroan telah tercatat
sebanyak 1.300.000.000 saham.

Other Information
Previously, the Company only listed 85% of its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in accordance with
POJK 28/2014 which required Financing Companies to list a maximum of 85% of their shares on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange. However, this regulation has been revoked and replaced with POJK 47/2020,
therefore the Company can list 100% of its shares in order to comply with Indonesia Stock Exchange
Regulation Number I-A which requires Listed Companies to list all their shares. Thus, all of the Company's
shares have been listed at 1.300.000.000 shares.
