Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material yang telah
disampaikan melalui No. 53/OJK/BEI/X/2023 tanggal 13
Oktober 2023 dan No. 002/OJK/BEI/I/2024 tanggal 3 Januari
2024, kami informasikan lebih lanjut sebagai berikut:
Struktur Kepemilikan
CSAP
99,00%
CSAN
99,90%
CSAD
CSAD adalah entitas anak langsung CSAN dengan
kepemilikan 99,9%. Dan CSAN merupakan entitas anak
langsung dari Perseroan dengan kepemilikan 99%.
Per tanggal 3 Januari 2024, Modal Disetor CSAD telah
ditingkatkan menjadi Rp80.000.000.000,- yang digunakan
untuk memenuhi kebutuhan modal kerja CSAD untuk
mendistribusikan barang-barang konsumsi termasuk makanan,
minuman dan barang sehari-hari lainnya sesuai dengan
maksud dan tujuan serta kegiatan usaha CSAD.
Diketahui bahwa divisi distribusi consumer goods untuk produk
Procter & Gamble Indonesia sebelumnya secara operasional
berada dibawah CSAP. Dan dalam rangka untuk pemindahan
divisi ini agar supaya lebih terstruktur, fokus dan mandiri, maka
sejak awal tahun 2024 Perseroan telah mengalihkan divisi
secara penangan dan operasionalnya ke CSAD secara
eksklusif.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pemindahan divisi operasional distribusi consumer goods dari
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan CSAP ke CSAD berdampak sebagai berikut :
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, -Tidak berdampak negatif pada keberlangsungan bisnis,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau operasional, hukum, dan kondisi keuangan Perseroan.
Perusahaan Publik -Divisi ini lebih terstruktur, fokus dan mandiri.
-Laporan Keuangan CSAD dikonsolidasikan dalam Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Based on the Description of Material Information or Facts that
Facts has been submitted via No. 53/OJK/BEI/X/2023 dated 13
October 2023 and No. 002/OJK/BEI/I/2024 dated January 3,
2024, we provide further information as follows:
Ownership Structure
CSAP
99,00%
CSAN
99,90%
CSAD
CSAD is a direct subsidiary of CSAN with 99.9% ownership.
And CSAN is a direct subsidiary of the Company with 99%
ownership.
As of January 3 2024, CSAD's Paid-up Capital has been
increased to IDR 80,000,000,000,- which is used to meet
CSAD's working capital needs to distribute consumer goods
including food, drinks and other daily goods in accordance with
the aims and objectives and activities CSAD business.
It is known that the consumer goods distribution division for
Procter & Gamble Indonesia products was previously
operationally under CSAP. And in order to move this division
so that it is more structured, focus and independent, since the
beginning of 2024 the Company has transferred the division's
handling and operations to CSAD exclusively.

Impact of event, material information or The transfer of the consumer goods distribution operational
facts towards Issuers or Public division from the Company to CSAD has the following impacts:
Company’s operational activities, legal, -Does not have a negative impact on the continuity of the
financial condition, or going concern Company's business, operations, law and financial condition.
-This division is more structured, focused and independent.
-CSAD Financial Reports are consolidated within the
Company.
