Merujuk Peraturan POJK Nomor 33/POJK.04/2014 Tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik dan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I-E Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022 Tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi.
Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 11 Agustus 2026, PT Jaya Swarasa Agung Tbk
(“Perseroan”) telah menerima surat pengunduran diri dari Direksi Perseroan bapak Benny Anwar
dengan surat tertanggal 31 Juli 2026 (terlampir dokumen pendukung).

Pengunduran diri Bapak Benny Anwar selaku Manajemen Perseroan saat ini, akan efektif sejak
diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan yang waktunya akan kami sampaikan
lebih lanjut.
