dengan bencana alam gempa bumi berkekuatan dengan
Magnitudo M 7,7 Lokasi Nagakeo , Nusa Tenggara Timur,
Kedalaman 10,0 km, dengan Itensitas IX (hebat)Magnitudo
7,7 yang mengguncang Nagakeo, Nusa Tenggara Timur hari
Sabtu, 15 Agustus
2026 pukul 05.58 Wita.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kelangsungan Operasional Usaha (Business Continuity Plan)
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perusahaan menegaskan bahwa penutupan fisik hotel ini tidak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, menghentikan aktivitas bisnis inti operasional. Seluruh unit
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau hotel milik Perseroan, baik langsung maupun melalui Anak
Perusahaan Publik Perusahaan tetap beroperasi.

Description of Material Information or PT Pudjiadi And Sons Tbk. (the Company) hereby submits this
Facts disclosure report regarding the temporary suspension of
operations at Hotel Jayakarta Suites Komodo Flores (PT Hotel
Jayakarta Flores), which is one of the hotels owned by a
subsidiary of PT Hotel Juwara Warga, in which the Company
holds a 99.99% stake. A natural disaster in the form of an
earthquake with a magnitude of M 7.7 and a tremor
of M 7.0 has occurred. The epicenter was in Nagakeo, East
Nusa Tenggara, at a depth of 10.0 km, with an intensity of IX
(severe). The magnitude 7.7 earthquake that struck Nagakeo,
East Nusa Tenggara, on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at 5:58
a.m. WITA.
Impact of event, material information or The Company Business Continuity Plan confirms that the
facts towards Issuers or Public physical closure of this hotel does not halt core business
Company’s operational activities, legal, operations. All hotel properties owned by the Company,
financial condition, or going concern whether directly or through subsidiaries, remain in operation.
