In connection with the Sustainable Sukuk Ijarah I Moratelindo Phase IV 2021 Series B with a principal amount of totaling
IDR30,900,000,000 (thirty billion nine hundred million rupiah) ( Sukuk I Phase IV 2021 Series B ). We inform you that PT
Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk ( The Issuer ) has prepared funds the principal repayment of Sukuk I Phase IV 2021
Series B as mentioned above which will mature on May 4, 2026. As for the readiness of the Issuer's funds related to the
repayment of the Sukuk I Phase IV Series B will be available in KSEI's account no later than May 4, 2026. In terms of
Sukuk I Phase IV 2021 Series B has been repaid, we will submit Information Disclosure as mandated in POJK 31/2015.
