Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sesuai dengan Peraturan Bursa I-E ketentuan IV.2.11,
mengenai Laporan mengenai kesiapan dana untuk pelunasan
Efek paling lambat 15 (lima belas) hari bursa sebelum efek
jatuh tempo, bersama ini kami sampaikan penjelasan
selengkapnya:
1. Dana untuk pembayaran Pokok Obligasi II PT Polytama
Propindo Tahun 2021 Seri B sebesar Rp 50.000.000.000 (lima
puluh miliar rupiah) dan Pokok Sukuk Ijarah II PT Polytama
Propindo Tahun 2021 Seri B sebesar Rp 56.000.000.000 (lima
puluh enam miliar rupiah) yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal
8 September 2026, tersedia pada saat akan jatuh tempo
sesuai ketentuan yaitu pada tanggal 6 September 2026.
2.Sumber dana yang akan digunakan untuk pembayaran
obligasi tersebut berasal dari dana internal Perseroan.
3. Sampai saat ini tidak ada keputusan atau hal penting
lainnya yang dilakukan oleh manajemen terkait hal-hal
tersebut di atas.
Demikian hal ini disampaikan, atas perhatian dan
kerjasamanya kami ucapkan terima kasih.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

Description of Material Information or In accordance with I-E Exchange Regulation, Provision
Facts IV.2.11, regarding the Report on the Availability of Funds for
the Redemption of Securities no later than 15 (fifteen) trading
days before the securities maturity date, we hereby provide the
following detailed explanation:
1. Funds for the principal payment of PT Polytama Propindo
2021 Series B Bond II in the amount of Rp 50,000,000,000
(fifty billion rupiah) and the principal payment of PT Polytama
Propindo 2021 Series B Sukuk Ijarah II in the amount of Rp
56,000,000,000 (fifty-six billion rupiah), which will mature on
September 8, 2026, will be available upon maturity in
accordance with the provisions, namely on September 6,
2026.
2. The funds to be used for the payment of these bonds will
come from the Company internal funds.
3. To date, management has not made any decisions or taken
any other significant actions regarding the matters mentioned
above.
