kepemilikkan36,35%. Segala keputusan AL disepakati dan diputuskan secara bersama-sama oleh pemegang
saham AL (PT Mitrajaya Suryaprima, PT Salim Chemicals Corpora dan PT Caturkarsa Megatunggal) sesuai
dengan mekanisme dalam anggaran dasar. Tidak ada pemilik manfaat perorangan yang dapat menunjuk atau
memberhentikan Direksi dan/atau Dewan Komisaris pada Perseroan, memiliki kemampuan untuk mengendalikan
Perseroan, dan merupakan pemilik sebenarnya dari dana atau saham Perseroan dan/atau memenuhi kriteria
sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1 angka 2 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 13 Tahun 2018.
