1. Soechi Capital Pte. Ltd. (SCPL), Kepemilikan langsung,
100%
2. Success Marine Offshore Pte. Ltd. (SMO), Kepemilikan
tidak langsung, 99,99%
3. Soechi International Pte. Ltd. (SIPL), Kepemilikan tidak
langsung, 100%
b) Per tanggal 8 Januari 2024, ketiga entitas anak Perseroan
telah mendapatkan pernyataan efektif penutupan kegiatan
bisnis dari otoritas Singapura.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Terhadap Kegiatan Operasional Perseroan:
