Subject: Disclosure in connection concerning Affiliated Transaction of PT. Tunas Alfin Tbk.
Dear Sir/Madam,
In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation
No.42/POJK.04/2020 regarding Affiliated Transactions and Conflicts of Interest on Certain
Transsaactions, we hereby for and on behalf of PT. Tunas Alfin Tbk ("Company") hereby
announce the Information Disclosure regarding affiliated transactions between the Company
and affiliated parties with the Company ("Transactions"), as follows:
I. DESCRIPTION OF THE TRANSACTION
A. The Parties Conducting Transactions and The Affiliations with the Company
The Parties conducting Transactions are:
1. PT. Adi lndah Andalan, has an affiliation with the Company because Pieter Tika,
John Tika and James Tika, each as President Commissioner, President Director
and Director of the Company also serve as President Commissioner, President
Director and Director of PT. Adi lndah Andalan.

2. PT. Wahana Matra Sejati, has an affiliation with the Company because John Tika
and Pieter Tika as President Director and President Commissioner of the
Company also serve as Commissioner and Director of PT. Wahana Matra Sejati.
3. PT. Wahana Bandhawa Kencana, has an affiliation with the Company because
Pieter Tika and James Tika as President Commissioner and Director of the
Company also serve as President Director and Director of PT. Wahana Bandhawa
Kencana.
4. PT. Proinvestindo, has an affiliation with the Company because PT. Proinvestindo
is the controlling shareholder of the Company.
B. Object and Value of Transaction
1. Vihicle Lease Transactions between the Company and PT. Adi lndah Andalan
a. Vehicle Lease! Agreement No. 01/SW-TA/1/2024 dated January 8, 2024 with
police number B 1361 PJU, with a rental price of Rp. 21.000.000,- per month
and the lease period is 1 year.
b. Vehicle Rental Agreement No. 02/SW-TA/1/2024 dated January 8, 2024 with
police number B 1934 PJT, with a rental price of Rp. 21.000.000,- per month
and the rental period is 1 year.
c. Vehicle Rental Agreement No. 03/SW-TA/1/2024 dated January 8, 2024 with
police number B 1936 PJT, with a rental price of Rp. 21.000.000,- per month
and the rental period is 1 year.
d. Vehicle Rental Agreement No. 04/SW-TA/1/2024 dated January 8, 2024 with
police number B 1530 PJQ, with a rental price of Rp. 14.000.000,- per month
and the rental period is 1 year.
e. Vehicle Rental Agreement No. 05/SW-TA/1/2024 dated January 8, 2024 with
police number B 2324 PZB, with a rental price of Rp. 8.600,000 per month and
the rental period is 1 year.
f. Vehicle Rental Agreement No. 06/SW-TA/1/2024 dated January 8, 2024 with
police number B 2415 POB, with a rental price of Rp. 10.830.000 per month
and the rental period is 1 year.
g. Vehicle Rental Agreement No. 07/SW-TA/1/2024 dated January 8, 2024 with
police number B 803 JT, with a rental price of Rp. 17.500.000 per month and
the rental period is 1 year.
h. Vehicle Rental Agreement No. 08/SW-TA/1/2024 dated January 8, 2024 with
police number B 2119 PZO, with a rental price of Rp. 12.900.000 per month
and the rental period is 1 year.
i. Vehicle Rental Agreement No. 09/SW-TA/1/2024 dated January 8, 2024 with
police number B 2155 PZO, with a rental price of Rp. 12.900.000,- per month
and the rental period is 1 year.

j. Vehicle Rental Agreement No. 10/SW-TA/|/2024 dated January 8, 2024 with
police number B 2632 PZP, with a rental price of Rp. 14.095.000,- per month
and the rental period is 1year.
Vehicle Rental Agreement No. 11/SW-TA/|/2O24 dated January 8, 2024 with
police number B 1808 PJA, with a rental price of Rp. 19.158.000,- per month
and the rental period is 1year.
t. Based on Vehicle Rental Agreement No. 12/SW-TA/| /2024 dated 8 January
2024 with police number B 2337 PZf , with a rental price of Rp. 8.270.000,- per
month and the rental period is 1year.
2. The Company's Lease Transaction with PT. Proinvestindo
Based on Office Space Lease Agreement No. 001/TA/2024 dated Jaauary 8,2024,
the Company leases PT. Proinvestindo a 744 m2 room in an office building on Jl.
Majapahit No. 28/lV, M,N,O, lakarta, with a lease period of )anuary L,2024 to
December 31, 2024 and the rental price is Rp. 35.000,-/m2/month.
3. The Company's Lease Transaction with PT. Wahana Bandhawa Kencana
Based on Office Space Lease Agreement No. 002/TA/2024 dated January 8, 2024,
the Company leases PT. Wahana Bandhawa Kencana a 748 m2 room in an office
building on Jl. Majapahit No.28/lV, M, N, O, Jakarta, with a lease period of
January 1, 2024 lo December 37, 2024 and the rental price is Rp. 35.000,-
/m2/month.
4. The Company's Lease Transaction with PT. Wahana Ma$a Sejati
Based on Office Space Lease Agreement No. 003/T4/2024 dated January 8, 2024,
the Company leases PT. Wahana Matra Sejati a 240.50 m2 room in an office
building on Jl. Majapahit No.28/lV, M, N, O, Jakarta, with a lease period of
January 1, 2O24 to December 3L, 2024 and the rental price is Rp. 35.000,-
/m2/month.
il. STATEMENT OF THE BOARDS OF COMMISSIONERS AND DIRRECTORS
The Boards of Commissioners and Directors of the Company state that, after conducting a
reasonable examination and to the best of their knowledge and belief, all material
information has been disclosed in this Disclosure of lnformation and the information is
not misleadin8 and does not contain a conflict of interest.
