Perseroan untuk tahun buku 2025 (Pembagian Dividen Tunai).
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan Keputusan Mata Acara Kedua Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan tanggal 9 April 2026,
Perseroan telah menyetujui untuk membagikan dividen tunai
yang diambil dari laba tahun buku 2025 berdasarkan Laporan
Keuangan Konsolidasian Diaudit Perseroan dan Entitas
Anaknya untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal 31
Desember 2025, yaitu sebesar Rp23,- (dua puluh tiga Rupiah)
per saham, dengan ketentuan bahwa atas dividen tunai
tersebut akan diperhitungkan dengan dividen interim tahun
buku 2025 sebesar Rp11,- (sebelas Rupiah) per saham yang
telah dibayarkan oleh Perseroan kepada para Pemegang
Saham pada tanggal 20 November 2025, sehingga sisa
dividen tunai untuk tahun buku 2025 yang akan dibayarkan
oleh Perseroan adalah sebesar Rp12,- (dua belas Rupiah) per
saham, dengan memperhatikan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku termasuk peraturan perpajakan yang
berlaku.
Informasi terkait jadwal dan tata cara Pembagian Dividen
Tunai akan diumumkan melalui situs web IDX dan situs web
Perseroan.

Distribution of cash dividends to the shareholders of the
Type of Material Information or Facts Company for the 2025 financial year (Cash Dividends
Distribution).
Description of Material Information or Based on the Resolution of Second Agenda of the Annual
Facts General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company dated April
9, 2026, the Company has agreed to distribute cash dividends
which is taken from the 2025 financial year profit based on the
Audited Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company
and its Subsidiaries for the period ended December 31, 2025
amounting to Rp23.- (twenty three Rupiah) per share, provided
that the cash dividends will be calculated with the 2025
financial year interim dividends of Rp11.- (eleven Rupiah) per
share which already paid by the Company to all Shareholders
on November 20, 2025, therefore the remaining cash
dividends for the 2025 financial year will be paid by the
Company at Rp12.- (twelve Rupiah) per share, taking into
account the applicable laws and regulations including the
applicable tax regulations.
Information regarding the schedule and procedure for the
Cash Dividends Distribution will be announced through the IDX
website and the Company's website.
