Sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 27 jo. Pasal 9 Peraturan
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.33/POJK.04/2014 tentang
Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik
(POJK 33/2014), Perseroan wajib melakukan keterbukaan
informasi kepada masyarakat serta menyampaikan laporan
kepada OJK paling lambat 2 (dua) hari kerja setelah
diterimanya permohonan pengunduran diri anggota Dewan
Komisaris.

Pada tanggal 9 April 2026, Perseroan telah menerima surat
pemberitahuan pengunduran diri Bapak Bacelius Ruru dari
jabatannya selaku Komisaris Utama merangkap Komisaris
Independen Perseroan, sebagaimana tertuang dalam surat
tertanggal 8 April 2026.

Permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut disampaikan
sehubungan dengan pertimbangan komitmen beliau
terhadap beberapa jabatan rangkap yang saat ini dijalankan,
masa bakti beliau di Perseroan yang telah melampaui 10
(sepuluh) tahun, serta pertimbangan bahwa perlu adanya
proses regenerasi kepemimpinan untuk mendukung
pencapaian target dan arah strategis Perseroan.

Pengunduran diri tersebut akan efektif sesuai dengan
persetujuan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan.

In accordance with Article 27 jo. Article 9 of Financial
Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No.33/POJK.04/2014
regarding the Board of Directors and Board of
Commissioners of Issuer or Public Company (POJK
33/2014), the Company is reguired to disclose such
Information to the public and to submit a report to OJK by no
later than 2 (two) business days after the receipt of a
resignation reguest from a member of the Board of
Commissioners.

On April 9, 2026, the Company received a letter of
resignation from Mr. Bacelius Ruru from his position as the
Company9 President Commissioner — concurrentiy
Independent Commissioner, as stated in the letter dated
April 8, 2026.

The resignation was submitted in consideration of his
commitments arising from several concurrent positions
currently held, his tenure with the Company which has
exceeded 10 (ten) years, as well as the need for leadership

The resignation shall be effective upon approval by the
General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.

activities, law, financial condition, or business continuity of
the Company.
