Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Pada tanggal 6 Februari 2026, Perseroan
menerbitkan pengumuman pada Surat Kabar Radar Karawang
terkait Pengumuman Lelang atas Aset Peralatan yang
dilaksanakan melalui Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara
(KPKNL) Purwakarta dengan metode penawaran tertulis tanpa
kehadiran peserta lelang melalui Lelang Internet (E-Auction)
secara terbuka (open bidding);
2. Pelaksanaan lelang berupa pengumuman, site visit,
penawaran, sampai penetapan pemenang dilaksanakan pada
tanggal 6 Februari 2026 sampai dengan tanggal 13 Februari
2026;
3. Lelang atas Aset Peralatan dilakukan dengan
merujuk pada Surat Keputusan Direksi nomor
5/SK/WBP/PEN/2026 tanggal 27 Januari 2026 tentang
Penghapusbukuan dan Penjualan Aset Tetap PT Waskita
Beton Precast Tbk, sebagai salah satu upaya implementasi
Perjanjian Perdamaian yang telah disahkan (homologasi) oleh
Majelis Hakim pada tanggal 28 Juni 2022 (Perjanjian
Perdamaian);
4. Pelaksanaan lelang Aset Peralatan Perseroan
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam angka 2, terdiri dari 2 paket
lelang, yaitu:
1. Paket 10 (besi scrap):
- Cetakan CCSP Tipe 325 (1 set)
- Cetakan Full Slab Tipe 1D (14 set)
- Cetakan Box Culvert (1 set)
- Cetakan CCSP (3 set)
- Cetakan FCSP (1 set)
- Cetakan Sleeper (1 set)
2. Paket 15 (besi scrap):
- Cetakan RC Pipe Tipe 1000 (1 set)
- Cetakan RC Pipe Tipe 1500 (1 set)
- Cetakan RC Pipe Tipe 800 (1 set)
- Cetakan Tetrapod Tipe 4 (97 set)
Jumlah total 121 set Aset Cetakan secara keseluruhan;
5. Total nilai buku audited Desember 2024 Aset
Cetakan yang dilelang adalah Rp0,- (nol Rupiah), dengan nilai
limit lelang keseluruhan berdasarkan nilai pasar Laporan
Penilaian Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Firdaus, Ali dan Rekan
dengan nomor laporan 00301/2.0134-
00/PP/07/0059/1/XII/2025 tanggal 17 Desember 2025 adalah
sebesar Rp688.188.900 (enam ratus delapan puluh delapan
juta seratus delapan puluh delapan ribu sembilan ratus
Rupiah) (sudah termasuk PPN 11%), dan harga terbentuk dari
proses lelang adalah sebesar Rp3.179.188.900,- (tiga miliar
seratus tujuh puluh sembilan juta seratus delapan puluh
delapan ribu sembilan ratus Rupiah) (sudah termasuk PPN
11%);
6. Penggunaan dana hasil Lelang Aset (asset disposal)
Peralatan akan digunakan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang
tertuang dalam Perjanjian Perdamaian;
7. Proses serah terima aset dilakukan secara bertahap
dimulai pada tanggal 23 Februari 2026 sampai dengan 9 April
2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Lelang Aset (Asset Disposal) Peralatan akan berdampak:
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan - Memperkuat likuiditas Perseroan sehingga mendukung
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or 1. On February 6, 2026, the Company published an
Facts announcement in the Radar Karawang Newspaper regarding
the Auction Announcement for Equipment Assets, conducted
through the Purwakarta State Assets Service Office (KPKNL)
using a written bid method without the presence of bidders
through an open Internet Auction (E-Auction);
2. The auction, including announcements, site visits, bids, and
the determination of the winner, took place from February 6,
2026, to February 13, 2026;
3. The Auction for Equipment Assets was conducted in
accordance with Board of Directors Decree No.
5/SK/WBP/PEN/2026 dated January 27, 2026, concerning the
Write-Off and Sale of Fixed Assets of PT Waskita Beton
Precast Tbk, as part of the implementation of the Settlement
Agreement, which was ratified (homologated) by the Panel of
Judges on June 28, 2022 (the "Settlement Agreement");
4. The auction of the Company's Equipment Assets, as
referred to in point 2, consists of two auction packages:
1. Package 10 (scrap metal):
- CCSP Type 325 Molds (1 set)
- Full Slab Type 1D Molds (14 sets)
- Box Culvert Molds (1 set)
- CCSP Molds (3 sets)
- FCSP Molds (1 set)
- Sleeper Molds (1 set)
2. Package 15 (scrap metal):
- RC Pipe Type 1000 Molds (1 set)
- RC Pipe Type 1500 Molds (1 set)
- RC Pipe Type 800 Molds (1 set)
- Tetrapod Type 4 Molds (97 sets)
Totaling 121 sets of Mold Assets;
5. The total audited book value of the Printed Assets auctioned
as of December 2024 is Rp0 (zero Rupiah), with the overall
auction limit value based on the market value of the Appraisal
Report of the Public Appraisal Services Office of Firdaus, Ali
and Partners, with report number 00301/2.0134-
00/PP/07/0059/1/XII/2025 dated December 17, 2025,
amounting to Rp688,188,900 (six hundred eighty-eight million
one hundred eighty-eight thousand nine hundred Rupiah)
(including 11% VAT), and the price determined from the
auction process is Rp3,179,188,900 (three billion one hundred
seventy-nine million one hundred eighty-eight thousand nine
hundred Rupiah) (including 11% VAT);
6. The use of proceeds from the Asset Disposal of Equipment
will be used in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the
Settlement Agreement;
7. The asset handover process will be carried out in stages
starting from February 23, 2026 to April 9, 2026.
