atau Perusahaan Publik, Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa:
a. Berdasarkan Keterbukaan Informasi yang disampaikan
Perseroan tanggal 10 Maret 2026 tentang Penjualan seluruh
saham Entitas Anak yang dimiliki Perseroan serta Hasil Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Independen Perseroan
tanggal 12 Maret 2026 tentang Persetujuan Pemegang Saham
Independen atas Penjualan seluruh saham Entitas Anak yang
dimiliki Perseroan yang sudah diaktakan oleh Notaris Gatot
Widodo, SE, SH, MKn dalam Akta No. 3 tanggal 12 Maret
2026;
b. Telah terjadi penjualan saham Entitas Anak JAYA yang
dimiliki Perseroan dengan dilaksanakannya transaksi atas
sejumlah 365.597.400 (tiga ratus enam puluh lima juta lima
ratus sembilan puluh tujuh ribu empat ratus) lembar saham
atau 45,79% dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor pada JAYA .

Facts No. 31/POJK.04/2015 dated December 16, 2015, concerning
Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies, the Company hereby informs that:
a. Based on the Information Disclosure submitted by the
Company on March 10, 2026, concerning the Sale of all
shares of the Company's Subsidiaries and the Results of the
Company's Extraordinary Independent General Meeting of
Shareholders on March 12, 2026, concerning the Approval of
Independent Shareholders for the Sale of all shares of the
Company's Subsidiaries, which was notarized by Notary Gatot
Widodo, SE, SH, MKn in Deed No. 3 dated March 12, 2026;
b. The sale of shares of the Company's Subsidiary JAYA has
occurred through a transaction involving 365,597,400 (three
hundred sixty-five million five hundred ninety-seven thousand
four hundred) shares, or 45.79% of JAYA's issued and paid-up
capital.
