Shareholders proposal will be included into the Meeting's agenda if it complies to the provision of Article 10 Paragraph 4 of the Company's “Article of Association and Article 16 of Ororitas Jasa Keuangan regulation (ROJK) No. 15/POJK.04/2020, and received by Board of Director no later than 7 (soven) days prior to invitation date.
