Tujuan Penutupan
Penutupan dilakukan sehubungan dengan rencana
perampingan grup Perseroan dalam rangka bertransformasi
menjadi perusahaan yang agile.
Pelaksanaan Penutupan
Proses likuidasi telah selesai dilaksanakan sebagaimana
dimuat dalam Akta Pernyataan Keputusan Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT RTM Nomor 44 dibuat di
hadapan Notaris Desman, S.H., M.HUM pada tanggal 10 Juli
2023.

Closing Objectives
The closure was carried out in connection with the Company's
group downsizing plans in order to transform into an agile
company.
Closing Implementation
The liquidation process has been completed as stated in the
Deed of Decision Statement of the Extraordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders of PT RTM Number 44 made before
Notary Desman, S.H., M.HUM on July 10 2023.
