Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan Surat Keterangan Penghapusan Pendaftaran
Kapal Dari Daftar Kapal Indonesia dengan nomor
AL.522/1/I/KSOP.BJM/2024 tertanggal 04 Januari 2024 yang
telah dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Perhubungan, Direktorat
Jendral Perhubungan Laut, bersama dengan ini Perseroan
menyampaikan laporan informasi bahwa telah dihapusnya
aset berupa kapal atas nama/milik PT Batuah Abadi Lines
yang bernama BAMARA 10 WR, PT Batuah Abadi Lines
merupakan entitas anak Perseroan dengan kepemilikan
saham langsung.
Penghapusan aset tersebut dikarenakan BAMARA 10 WR
sudah tidak dapat dipakai lagi.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Nett Book Value (NBV) BAMARA 10 WR per 31 Desember
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan 2023 adalah sebesar Rp. 287.541.060
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Tidak terdapat dampak yang signifikan terhadap kegiatan
Perusahaan Publik operasional dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan atas
penghapusan kapal BAMARA 10 WR.
Dampak hukum atas penghapusan aset tersebut adalah telah
terhapusnya BAMARA 10 WR dari Daftar Kapal Indonesia.

Facts from the Indonesian Ship Register with number
AL.522/1/I/KSOP.BJM/2024 dated 04 January 2024 which has
been issued by the Ministry of Transportation, Directorate
General of Sea Transportation, together with this the Company
submits an information report that it has write-off of assets in
the form of a vessel in the name/belonging to PT Batuah Abadi
Lines named BAMARA 10 WR, PT Batuah Abadi Lines is a
subsidiary of the Company with direct share ownership.
The asset was written off because BAMARA 10 WR could no
longer be used.
Impact of event, material information or Nett Book Value (NBV) of BAMARA 10 WR as of 31 December
facts towards Issuers or Public 2023 is IDR. 287,541,060
Company’s operational activities, legal,
financial condition, or going concern There is no significant impact on the Company's operational
activities and business continuity due to the disposal of the
BAMARA 10 WR ship.
The legal impact of the write-off of these assets is that the
BAMARA 10 WR has been deleted from the Indonesian
Vessel Register.
