Maka sehubungan dengan periode pelaksanaan Implementation Period. Then in accordance to the
Management and Employee Stock Option Program implementation period of the Management and
("MESOP") pada tanggal 1 November 2023 sampai Employee Stock Option Program ("MESOP") November
dengan tanggal 12 Desember 2023, dan sesuai dengan 1, 2023 to December 12th, 2023, and according to the
ketentuan yang diatur dalam Surat Edaran BEI Nomor provisions stipulated in 1DX Circular Letter Number SE-
SE-00002/BEI/03- 2020, maka dengan ini Perseroan 00002/BE1/03- 2020, the Company hereby submit
