Sehubungan dengan:
1. Pengumuman Bursa nomor Peng-SPT-00009/BEI.PP2/04-2026 tanggal 20 April 2026 perihal
Penghentian Sementara Perdagangan Efek PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (IBST).
2. Surat PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (”Perseroan”) nomor 064/IBST-CSY/VIII/2026 tanggal
10 Agustus 2026 perihal Permohonan Pengangkatan Sementara Suspensi Perdagangan Saham
PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (“Perseroan”) untuk Pelaksanaan Crossing Hasil Penawaran
Tender Sukarela oleh PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (“Iforte”).
Bursa mengumumkan bahwa dalam rangka pengalihan saham hasil pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali
Saham (buyback) dalam rangka go private dan voluntary delisting Perseroan, yang akan dilakukan
oleh PT Bahana Sekuritas sebagai pihak yang ditunjuk oleh Perseroan, Bursa memutuskan untuk:
1. Membuka penghentian sementara Perdagangan Efek Perseroan hanya di Pasar Negosiasi untuk
melaksanakan transaksi crossing saham terhitung sejak Sesi II Perdagangan Efek Perseroan pada
hari Jumat, tanggal 14 Agustus 2026 pukul 14.00 WIB.
2. Selanjutnya, Bursa akan melakukan penghentian sementara (Suspensi) Perdagangan Efek
Perseroan kembali di Seluruh Pasar pada Sesi II Perdagangan Efek tanggal 14 Agustus 2026 setelah
transaksi pengalihan saham tersebut selesai dilakukan atau paling lambat pukul 14.30 WIB.
3. Transaksi lain selain yang disebutkan tersebut tidak diperkenankan untuk dilaksanakan pada masa
pembukaan Suspensi tersebut.

In accordance with:
1. The Exchange Announcement No. Peng-SPT-00009/BEI.PP2/04-2026 dated April 20, 2026
regarding the Temporary Suspension of Trading of the Securities of PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk.
2. Letter of PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (the “Company”) No. 064/IBST-CSY/VIII/2026 dated
August 10, 2026 regarding the Request for the Temporary Lifting of the Suspension of Trading of
Shares of PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (the “Company”) for the purpose of executing a crossing
transaction resulting from the Voluntary Tender Offer conducted by PT Iforte Solusi Infotek
(“PT Iforte Solusi Infotek”).
The Exchange announces that, following the transfer of shares resulting from the implementation of
the Company's Share Buyback as part of the Company's go-private and voluntary delisting process,
which will be carried out by PT Bahana Sekuritas as the securities company appointed by the
Company, the Exchange has decided to:
1. Temporarily lift the suspension of trading of the Company's securities only in the Negotiated
Market to facilitate the execution of the crossing transaction, effective from the Second Trading
Session of trading in the Company's securities on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 14.00 WIB.
2. Subsequently, the Exchange will reimpose the temporary suspension of trading of the Company's
securities in all markets during the Second Trading Session of trading in the Company's securities
on August 14, 2026 after the completion of the share transfer transaction, or no later than 14.30
WIB.
3. No transactions other than the transaction referred to above shall be permitted during the period in
which the suspension is temporarily lifted.
This announcement is made for public information.
