Penyelesaian pengalihan Aset Pinjaman Perseroan kepada
PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (“Pembeli"./
Completion of the transfer of the Loan Asset of the
Company to PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbi
(Purchaser'). -

Kami mengacu kepada Keterbukaan Informasi kepada
Pemegang Saham mengenai Transaksi Material PT Bank
SMBC Indonesia Tbk yang telah diumumkan melalui
website Perseroan dan website Bursa Efek Indonesia pada
tanggal 25 Mei 2026 (“Keterbukaan Informasi").

Berdasarkan Keterbukaan Informasi, kami telah
menjelaskan bahwa Perseroan dengan Pembeli telah
menandatangani Perjanjian Pengalihan Aset Pinjaman
Bersyarat ("CLATA"). Penyelesaian pengalihan Aset
Pinjaman berdasarkan CLATA akan bergantung pada
pemenuhan persyaratan-persyaratan pendahuluan yang
wajib dipenuhi oleh masing-masing Perseroan dan Pembeli
berdasarkan CLATA.

Bahwa seluruh persyaratan pendahuluan terkait CLATA
telah terpenuhi. Oleh karena itu, pada tanggal 14 Agustus
2026, Perseroan dan Pembeli telah menyelesaikan
transaksi pengalihan Aset Pinjaman berdasarkan CLATA
dengan menandatangani akta pengalihan (cessie) di.
hadapan notaris untuk melaksanakan pengalihan Aset
Pinjaman, dan Pembeli telah membayar harga pembelian
Aset Pinjaman kepada Perseroan./

We refer to the Disclosure of Information to Shareholders
regarding the Material Transaction of PT Bank SMBC
Indonesia Tbk, which was announced through the
Company's website and the Indonesia Stock Exchange's
website on 25 May 2026 (“Disclosure of Information”),

Based on the Disclosure of Information, we have explained
that the Company and the Purchaser had entered into a
Conditional Loan Asset Transfer Agreement ("CLATA'). The
completion of the transfer of the Loan Asset under the
CLATA was subject to the fulfilment of the conditions
precedentreguired to be satisfiedby each of the Company
and the Purchaser under the CLATA.

Whereas all conditions precedent under the CLATA have
been fulfiled. Accordingly, on 14 August 2026, the
Company and the Purchasercompleted the transaction for
the transfer of the Loan Asset under the CLATA by signing

a deed of assignment (cessie) before a notary to carry out
the transfer of the Loan Asset and the Purchaser has paid
the purchase price of the Loan Asset to the Company.
