penjualan seluruh saham miliknya sebesar 53.125.657 (lima
puluh tiga juta seratus dua puluh lima ribu enam ratus lima
puluh tujuh) lembar saham di PT Bima Multi Finance,
berkedudukan di Jakarta Pusat, dengan harga sebesar
Rp100,- ( seratus Rupiah ) per lembar saham kepada Cedar
Street Limited, berkedudukan di Hong Kong ( untuk
selanjutnya disebut dengan Cedar ).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik
