KETERBUKAAN INFORMASI PENGUNDURAN DIRI ANGGOTA KOMISARIS
PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF RESIGNATION MEMBER BOARD OF COMMISSIONER

Merujuk pada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan
Atas Informasi atau Fakta Material Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik serta dalam rangka memenuhi
ketentuan Pasal 9 huruf a jo. Pasal 27 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 33/POJK.04/2014
tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (“POJK 33/2014”), dengan
ini Perseroan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi bahwa Perseroan telah menerima surat
permohonan pengunduran diri dari Bapak Kumhal Djamil dari jabatannya selaku Komisaris
Utama/Komisaris Independent Perseroan pada tanggal 29 Desember 2023. Pengunduran diri
tersebut akan berlaku efektif sampai dengan adanya Perubahan Susunan Pengurus pada Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan yang waktunya akan disampaikan lebih lanjut.
Refer to the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure
Information or Material Fact by Issuers or Public Company and in order to fulfill the provisions of
Article 9 point a jo. Article 27 letter an of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
33/POJK.04/2014 regarding Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Company
(“POJK 33/2014”), hereby the Company conveys the disclosure of information that the Company
received a letter of resignation from Mr. Kumhal Djamil from his position as the Company’s
President Commissioner/ Independent Commissioner on December 29th, 2023. The resignation
will be effective until there are changes in Management in the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders in which shall further be informed by the company.
