Dalam rangka implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah No. 29 tahun 1999 Tentang Pembelian Saham Bank
Umum yang antara lain menerapkan bahwa saham bank hanya boleh tercatat di Bursa Efek
sebanyakbanyaknya 99%, maka berdasarkan surat PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) No.
001/DIR/MNCKI/I/2024 tanggal 2 Januari 2024 perihal Pernyataan Pemegang Saham, terdapat
penambahan jumlah saham yang tidak dicatatkan dengan jumlah sebanyak 106.998.342 lembar saham
milik BCAP. Dengan demikian, jumlah saham yang tidak dicatatkan adalah sebesar 444.664.228 lembar
saham dengan rincian kepemilikan sebagai berikut: (1) BCAP: 434.664.228 saham; (2) AJB Bumiputera:
10.000.000 saham. Dengan adanya penambahan jumlah saham yang tidak dicatatkan tersebut, serta
pelaksanaan BABP-R maka jumlah saham PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (BABP) yang tercatat di Bursa
menjadi sebanyak 44.014.333.126 saham.

In order to implement Government Regulation No. 29 Year 1999, which stipulates that as much as 99% of
bank's shares can be listed in the Stock Exchange, then, based on PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk
(BCAP)'s letter No. 001/DIR/MNCKI/I/2024 dated on January 2, 2024, there is an addition to the amount of
shares that are not listed, which is 106.998.342 shares owned by BCAP. Hence, the total shares that are
not listed is 444.664.228 shares with the following ownership detail: (1) BCAP: 434.664.228 shares; (2) AJB
Bumiputera: 10.000.000 shares. With the addition of shares that are not listed, and with the execution of
BABP-R and BABP-W3, then the number of PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (BABP)'s shares that are
listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange is 44.014.333.126 shares.
