Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan Peraturan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa
Efek Indonesia Nomor Kep00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30
September 2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E
Tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dengan ini kami
sampaikan pemberitahuan sebagai berikut:
1. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) saat ini
telah menyiapkan dana untuk melunasi pokok dan bunga atas
Obligasi Berkelanjutan V Sarana Multigriya Finansial Tahap V
Tahun 2021 Seri B (SMFP05BCN5) dengan Pokok Obligasi
sebesar Rp400.660.000.000,00 (empat ratus miliar enam ratus
enam puluh juta Rupiah) dan bunga sebesar Rp5.
759.487.500,- (lima miliar tujuh ratus lima puluh sembilan juta
empat ratus delapan puluh tujuh ribu lima ratus Rupiah) yang
jatuh tempo pada tanggal 10 Februari 2024;
2. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) saat ini
telah menyiapkan dana untuk melunasi pokok dan bunga atas
Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Sarana Multigriya Finansial Tahap
VII Tahun 2019 Seri C (SMFP04BCN7) dengan Pokok
Obligasi sebesar Rp425.000.000.000,00 (empat ratus dua
puluh lima miliar Rupiah) dan bunga sebesar Rp9.
828.125.000,- (sembilan miliar delapan ratus dua puluh
delapan juta seratus dua puluh lima ribu Rupiah) yang jatuh
tempo pada tanggal 12 Februari 2024
3. Dana tersebut saat ini ditempatkan dalam bentuk
deposito.

concerning Amendments to Regulation Number I-E we hereby
provide the following notification:
1. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) has currently
prepared funds to pay off the principal and interest on the
Shelf Registration Bonds V Phase V Year 2021 Series B
(SMFP05BCN5) with Bond Principal amounting to IDR
400,660,000,000.00 (four hundred billion six hundred and sixty
million Rupiah) and interest of IDR 5,759,487,500 (five billion
seven hundred fifty nine million four hundred eighty-seven
thousand five hundred Rupiah) which matures on February 10,
2024;
2. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) has currently
prepared funds to pay off the principal and interest on the
Shelf Registration Bonds IV Phase VII 2019 Series C
(SMFP04BCN7) with Bond Principal amounting to IDR
425,000,000,000.00 (four hundred twenty-five billion Rupiah)
and interest of IDR 9,828,125,000 (nine billion eight hundred
twenty eight million one hundred twenty five thousand Rupiah)
which matures on February 12, 2024.
3. These funds are currently placed in the form of Time
Deposits
