Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan melakukan pembelian 51 % saham yang dimiliki
oleh Induk Perseroan (PT Nanotech Investama Sedaya) pada
PT Cheria Halal Wisata, bekedudukan di Jakarta. Aksi
tersebut sesuai dengan Akta Pernyataan Keputusan
Pemegang Saham PT Cheria Halal Wisata tertanggal 28
Desember 2023, No. 32, yang dibuat di hadapan Syarifudin,
SH, Notaris di Kota Tangerang, berdiri di Kota Tangerang
Selatan dengan dengan nilai sebesar Rp.2.550.000.000,- (Dua
Milyar Lima Ratus Lima Puluh Juta Rupiah), sehingga
susunanan Pemegang Saham PT Cheria Halal Wisata adalah
:
1. PT Nanotech Indonesia Global Tbk = 2.550 lembar
saham = Rp. 2.550.000.000,-;
2. Cheriatna = 1.750 lembar saham = Rp.
1.750.000.000,-
3. Farhah Chefa Qonita = 350 lembar saham = Rp.
350.000.000,-
4. Farida Ningsih = 350 lb = Rp.350.000.000,-
PT Cheria Halal Wisata bergerak dalam bidang pariwisata dan
jasa-jasa lainnya untuk menunjang kegiatan Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sesuai dengan jumlah kepemilikan saham Perseroan, maka
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan laporan keuangan PT Cheria Halal Wisata akan terkonsolidasi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dengan Perseroan. Tidak terdapat dampak signifikan atas
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dilakukannya pembelian saham tersebut terhadap kegiatan
Perusahaan Publik operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan dan kelangsungan
usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The Company purchased 51% of shares owned by the Holding
Facts Company (PT Nanotech Investama Sedaya) in PT Cheria
Halal Wisata, domiciled in Jakarta. This action is in
accordance with the Deed of Statement of PT Cheria Halal
Wisata Shareholders Decision dated December 28, 2023, No.
32, made in front of Syarifudin, SH, Notary in Tangerang City,
established in South Tangerang City with a value of Rp.
2,550,000,000,- (Two Billion Five Hundred Fifty Million
Rupiah), so that the composition of PT Cheria Halal Wisata
Shareholders is:
1. PT Nanotech Indonesia Global Tbk = 2,550 shares =
Rp. 2,550,000,000,-;
2. Cheriatna = 1.750 shares = Rp.1.750.000.000,-
3. Farhah Chefa Qonita = 350 shares = Rp.
350.000.000,-
4. Farida Ningsih = 350 lb = Rp.350.000.000,-
PT Cheria Halal Wisata is engaged in tourism and other
services to support the Company's activities.
Impact of event, material information or In accordance with the total share ownership of the Company,
facts towards Issuers or Public the financial statements of PT Cheria Halal Wisata
Company’s operational activities, legal, consolidated with the Company. There is no significant impact
financial condition, or going concern on the purchase of shares on the Company's operational,
legal, financial condition and business continuity.
