Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Bahwa setelah adanya proses perjanjian perdamaian
sebagaimana putusan Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan
Negeri Semarang nomor 11/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2022/PN NIaga
Semarang. PT, Sriwahana Adityakarta, Tbk telah
melaksanakan dan menjalankan serta menandatangani semua
kesepakatan dalam hasil perjanjian tersebut terhadap semua
kreditur. Perseroan juga telah memenuhi semua kewajiban
yang wajib di penuhi tiap bulan baik besaran dan jangka waktu
sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah di sepakati bersama.
2. Dalam pelaksanaan proses homologasi tersebut,
perseroan tidak mengalami kendala dan bisa melaksanakan
sesuai ketentuan.
