PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
WARAN TERSTRUKTUR ADRODRCJ4A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (“ADRO”) pada tanggal 2
Januari 2024 tentang Penyampaian Kurs Konversi Dividen Tunai Interim 2023 disampaikan bahwa
Menindaklanjuti keterbukaan informasi ADRO tertanggal 18 Desember 2023 mengenai aksi korporasi
pembagian dividen tunai interim tahun buku 2023, diinformasikan bahwa kurs konversi yang digunakan
untuk pembagian dividen tunai interim tersebut ditentukan berdasarkan kurs tengah Bank Indonesia
tanggal 2 Januari 2024, yaitu senilai IDR15.439/USD. Dengan demikian jumlah keseluruhan dividen
tunai interim yang akan dibagikan ADRO dalam mata uang rupiah adalah sebagai berikut:

ANNOUNCEMENT
TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT ADRODRCJ4A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (“ADRO”) dated 2nd January
2024, related to Conversion rate for interim cash dividend distribution of fiscal year 2023, it was
conveyed that following the ADRO’s information disclosure of 18th December 2023 regarding the
schedule and procedure of interim dividend distribution, hereby announced that the conversion rate
used for the interim cash dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2023 refers to Bank Indonesia’s middle
rate on 2nd January 2024, is in the amount of IDR15,439/US$. Therefore, the total amount of the interim
cash dividend to be distributed by ADRO in rupiah currency is as follows:
