Jakarta, yang yang telah mendapat pengesahan oleh
Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik
Indonesia (”Menkumham”) berdasarkan Keputusan
Menkumham No. AHU-0081728.AH.01.02.Tahun 2023
tanggal 28 Desember 2023 dan pemberitahuannya telah
diterima oleh Menkumham berdasarkan Penerimaan
Pemberitahuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar BSI dengan
No. AHU-AH.01.03-0163731 tanggal 28 Desember 2023.
Based on Deed No. 428 dated 28 December 2023, drawn
up by Darmawan Tjoa, S.H., S.E., Notary in Jakarta, which
has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human
Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (“MOLHR”) based on
the MOLHR Decree No. AHU-0081728.AH.01.02.Year
2023 dated 28 December 2023 and has been received by
MOLHR pursuant to the Receipt of Notification of
Changes to the Articles of Association of BSI with No.
AHU-AH.01.03-0163731 dated 28 December 2023.
