Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak
dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Jawaban :

Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini disampaikan,
Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa dalam waktu 3
bulan mendatang.

Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan
terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama
dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Jawaban:

Perseroan telah melakukan konfirmasi kepada
pemegang saham utama Perseroan, yaitu PT Samindo
Resources Tbk (MYOH). Sampai dengan tanggal surat
ini, pemegang saham utama tidak memiliki rencana
terkait kepemilikan sahamnya yang dapat mengubah
status sebagai pemegang saham utama Perseroan.

Does the Company have any plans to carry out
corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will result in the listing of the
Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in
the next 3 months)?

Answer:

As of the date this letter was submitted, the Company
has no plans to take corporate action in the near
future, including corporate plans that will result in the
listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange
within the next 3 months.

The plan of the controlling shareholder in relation to
its share ownership in the Company. In this regard,
we kindly reguest the Corporate Secretary to first
obtain confirmation from the controlling shareholder
prior to providing a response to such inguiry.

Answer:

The Company has sought confirmation from its
controlling shareholder, PT Samindo Resources Tbk
(MYOH). As of the date of this letter, controlling
shareholder does not have any plan regarding its
share ownership that would result in a change to its
status as controlling shareholder of the Company.
