untuk dan atas nama PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan Laporan Informasi atau Fakta

Fakta Material tanggal 28 Desember 2023 yang dibuat di hadapan Early Gresiria Taher, S.H.,
M.Kn., Notaris di Kota Depok telah terjadi peningkatan modal disetor dan
ditempatkan dengan detail sebagai berikut :
- Sebelumnya :
1. Stuktur Modal :
a. Modal Dasar ASG berjumlah Rp. 10.000.000.000,- (sepuluh miliar
Rupiah) terbagi atas 10.000.000 (sepuluh juta) lembar saham,
masing-masing saham bernilai Rp. 1.000,- (seribu Rupiah).
b. Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor sejumlah Rp. 5.000.000.000,-
(lima miliar Rupiah) atau sejumlah 5.000.000 (lima juta) lembar
saham.

10,000,000 (ten million) shares, price per share is IDR 1,000.00
(one thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
b. The Issued and Paid-up Capital amounts to IDR 5,000,000,000.00
(five billion Indonesian Rupiah) or a total of 5,000,000 (five million)
shares.
