sebesar 99,9999%), telah memperoleh persetujuan penutupan
perusahaan dari Accounting and Corporate Regulatory
Authority (ACRA) Singapura.
- Hal ini merupakan bagian dari restrukturisasi bisnis
yang mana Perseroan bermaksud untuk lebih
mengedepankan efisiensi bisnis.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak hukum dan operasional atas kejadian ini
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap Perseroan secara keseluruhan. Kejadian ini
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dipercaya akan membawa dampak positif pada profitabilitas,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau arus kas, dan neraca Perseroan ke depannya.

the closure (striking off) of the Company from the Accounting
and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore.
- This constitutes part of the Company's business restructuring
initiative, aimed that enhancing overall business efficiency.
Impact of event, material information or There are no legal or operational implications from this
facts towards Issuers or Public occurrence as a a whole arising from this event. It is believed
Company’s operational activities, legal, that this occurrence will have a positive impact on the overall
financial condition, or going concern profitability, cash flow and balance sheet of the Company in
the future.
