Perseroan melalui entitas anak PT Prapat Tunggal
Cipta telah menyetujui pembubaran PT Cahaya
Sejahtera Riau (dalam likuidasi) terhitung efektif
Minggu, 31 Desember 2023, sebagaimana dimuat
dalam Akta Pernyataan Keputusan Pemegang
Saham PT Cahaya Sejahtera Riau No.61 tanggal 27
Desember 2023, yang dibuat dihadapan Ny.
Winny Marcella, S.H., M.Kn, Notaris Kota
Administrasi Jakarta Barat.

Sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang
No.40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas,
pembubaran dilakukan dengan proses likuidasi.
Para pemegang saham PT Cahaya Sejahtera Riau
telah menunjuk Rudy Soerjanto, S.E. sebagai
likuidator PT Cahaya Sejahtera Riau. Likuidator
telah mengumumkan pembubaran PT Cahaya
Sejahtera Riau (dalam likuidasi) di surat kabar
harian berbahasa Indonesia “Media Indonesia”
pada Minggu, 31 Desember 2023. Sebagai
referensi, terlampir adalah bukti iklan
pengumuman tersebut.

Tujuan Pembubaran dilakukan sehubungan
dengan rencana restrukturisasi/perampingan grup
Perseroan dalam upaya bertransformasi menjadi
perusahaan yang agile. PT Cahaya Sejahtera Riau
merupakan distributor produk Perseroan di Riau.
Selanjutnya terkait dengan Pembubaran PT
Cahaya Sejahtera Riau (dalam likudasi) maka
aktivitas distribusi produk Perseroan di Riau akan
dijalankan oleh PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta cabang
kota Pekanbaru, sebagai Distributor Tunggal
Produk Perseroan di Indonesia.

PT Cahaya Sejahtera Riau merupakan entitas anak
dari PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta dengan kepemilikan
sebesar 65,00X, sedangkan PT Prapat Tunggal

Proses Pembubaran PT Cahaya Sejahtera Riau (dalam
likuidasi) | Dissolution Process of PT Cahaya Sejahtera
Riau (in liguidation).

The Company through its subsidiary PT Prapat Tunggal
Cipta has approved the dissolution of PT Cahaya
Sejahtera Riau (in liguidation effective Sunday,
December 31, 2023), as stated in the Deed of
Shareholders Decision of PT Cahaya Sejahtera Riau
No.61 dated December 27", 2023, made before Ny.
Winny Marcella, S.H., M.Kn, Notary of West Jakarta City
Administration.

Pursuant to the provisions in Law No.40 of 2007
concerning Limited Liability Companies, dissolution is
carried out by liguidation process. The Shareholders of
PT Cahaya Sejahtera Riau has appointed Rudy
Soerjanto, S.E. as the liguidator of PT Cahaya Sejahtera
Riau. The liguidator has announced the dissolution of
PT Cahaya Sejahtera Riau (in liguidation) in the
Indonesian-language — daily  newspaper “Media
Indonesia” on Sunday, December 315, 2023. For
reference,  attached is advertising of the
announcement.

The purpose of dissolution was carried out in
connection with the plan to restructure/streamline the
Company's group in an effort to transform into an agile
company. PT Cahaya Sejahtera Riau is a distributor of
the Company's products in Riau. Furthermore, related
to the dissolution of PT Cahaya Sejahtera Riau (in
liguidation), the Company's product distribution
activities in Riau will be carried out by PT Prapat
Tunggal Cipta - Pekanbaru Branch, as the Sole
Distributor of the Company's Products in Indonesia.

PT Cahaya Sejahtera Riau is a subsidiary of PT Prapat
Tunggal Cipta with 65.0096 ownership, while PT Prapat
Tunggal Cipta is owned by the Company with 99.994
